How do you solve a problem like Maria? is a group show including Zürich-based artists, as well as more established Swiss artists. The title of the group show, "How do you solve a problem like Maria?" is taken from the song by the same name, sung by Julie Andrews in "The Sound of Music," which Andrews sings before escaping Austria to Switzerland over the Alps. The concept is open-ended, and takes its cues from the rhetorical questions posed in the lyrics of the song written by Oscar Hammerstein II.

How do you catch a cloud and pin it down?
How do you find a word that means Maria?
How do you keep a wave upon the sand?
How do you hold a moonbeam in your hand?
